**Job introduction**:
We are looking to recruit two full time Business Support Officer for a fixed term of 12 months. You would be dealing with planning tasks within Housing Investment & Asset Management. Working in a small friendly team carrying out administrative duties related to ensuring scheduling of the contracted resources both for External Consultants and Contractors in support of the Fire Safety programme.

**About the role**:
Ensuring all data entry tasks are accurately completed and to the required frequency as well as allocating and monitoring work taking into consideration location of works to increase efficiency.

Experience with using various IT systems are required as is the ability to prioritise your workload around the demands of the service and strict deadlines.

You will act as a key person in the communication between internal and external customers regarding ongoing works to ensure accurate and timely information is provided. This is included but not limited to, other trade teams, operatives, contractors, residents, and fellow team members.
