**The Role**

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Senior Brand Content Exec to join our fast-growing, exciting and dynamic Brand Team in Manchester**. **The role is perfect for anybody with experience in planning shoots (both social and campaign) and production, has a real passion for fashion and has a keen interest in social media, and emerging platforms.

You will work directly with the Brand Director, Brand Manager and Social Media and Marketing team who will provide training and support where needed. With impeccable organisation skills and a wealth of Photoshoot Coordination experience, you will bring enthusiasm and energy to our creative team, whilst upholding ‘Best in Class’ standards and processes to fine tune processes as you see fit. You will have exemplary communication skills which can build lasting relationships with Third Parties, Stakeholders (Internal & External) and Key Industry Figures alike.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for organising all aspects of content shoots for social channels and assisting the Brand Director and Brand Manager in developing concepts and organising ecomm and campaign and ecomm shoots both in UK and offshore.
- Ability to create and/or direct content for social media channels including TikTok, Reels, social imagery and flat lays according to the briefs set by the Social Media Team.
- Sourcing new talent for both social, ecom and campaign shoots and negotiating rates and deliverables with freelance models and creatives (including photographers, content creators, set designers and production) and ensuring all deliverables are clearly communicated and met. A good knowledge of locations and talent and the ability to research is key.
- Assist the Brand Team on social content days and shoots in all aspects where required. You must have a good critical eye for styling, fit and location.
- Creating concise and exciting photoshoot and content briefs from initial concepts with key references and deliverables.
- Working with the production manager to source all props relevant for each photoshoot.
- Organising shoots alongside the production manager and ensuring all parties have the relevant information, samples are prepped/ ordered and all teams have the correct briefs
- Ensuring all content is QC’d to brand standard and working with digital admin to ensure all content is logged and filed correctly and utilised and reporting back to the team on successes.
- Supporting the photoshoot with editorial shoot budgets, creating estimates and recording spends and developing cost-saving strategies.
- Working with global teams to co-ordinate set designs within budget and finding resourceful ways to expand concepts through set design
- Contribute to editorial, social and content meetings with updates of creative briefs.
- You will work closely with the social, marketing, brand and retouching teams to ensure deliverables and quality standards are met and all content is approved across social, ecomm and campaign.
- Take on ad-hoc tasks when required.
- Diligence in Budget Management on all projects.
- Highly organised, and delivery focused to ensure brief is fully delivered and relevant teams are communicated to.
