**Role: HR Administrator / Executive Assistant**
We are looking for an HR Administrator and Executive Assistant, on a permanent full time basis, to help the Director run the business and oversee the smooth running of the office and the HR function.
**The Role**:
You will be responsible for Company HR duties, acting as Executive Assistant to the Director and providing office administration, promoting the company brand through social media including but not limited to:
**HR responsibilities**
- Accurate maintenance of all employee records, including right to work checks
- Onboarding - provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
- Responsible for updating and maintaining company HR policies and procedures
- Supporting and giving advice to managers with regard to personnel issues and ensuring adherence to policy
- Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, annual leave and sick leave)
- Promoting the Company culture
- Superb understanding with social media
- Work closely with the Finance team to assist in payroll preparation
- Maintenance of pension records
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
**Executive Assistant duties**
- Scheduling, amending and accurately minuting internal meetings for the Management team and Board, ensuring follow up of actions with relevant people
- Directly reports to Director
- To arrange catering, accommodation and other requirements for internal meetings and events
- Assist management team with special projects, presentations and analytics as needed
- To provide ad-hoc and administrative support to teams across the business (e.g. formatting and producing documents)
- Act as front of house/reception when required
- To create a fun, relaxed and enjoyable place to work for our people
**Office Administration/Marketing**
- Ordering office supplies
- Oversee various Social Media platforms, producing exciting content and engaging with customers
- Create relevant and engaging content through working with the wider teams
- Support with marketing events and promotional aspects
- Purchasing employee rewards
- Acting as main point of contact for the business with other tenants in the building and dealing with facilities issues as they arise
- Fixing and overseeing security access for staff
**Experience/Skills**:
- Relevant experience of working in a busy office environment
- Experience promoting across social media platforms
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- The ability to work with autonomy and confidence
- The ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office
- Experience in HR/People Management
- A CIPD level 3 or above qualification desirable or a graduate
**Qualities**:
- Committed to collaboration with a positive, can-do attitude
- Previous social media and marketing experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An enthusiastic, self
- motivated individual with excellent customer service
- Positive in their attitude and willing to tackle new challenges.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £27,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
