Looking to get a step into Social Work as a Support Worker?

**We're currently recruiting around the West Midlands, looking to hire Family Support Workers.**With a low caseload, this role will be paying an attractive hourly rate in exchange for your experience and willingness to assist social workers.

Not only will you be assisting social workers, backed by a generous rate, but you can also make use of the **hybrid working** to revolve your work around the comfort of your own home.

**About the role**:

- Work with social workers to secure the best outcomes for children in care and children in need.
- Hybrid working.
- No need for a social work qualification.
- **Step up into Social Work opportunities**:

- Permanently employed TM's and SM's covering. Stable environment.

**What we offer you**:

- A generous rate of up to £16/hr
- The backing of a dedicated staff of social workers and support workers.
- 45p per mile expense claim.
- Permanent placement, with quick feedback

**What you'll bring to the table**:
