Due to company expansion, MSC Accident Repair Centre (MSC) has an exciting opportunity for a Credit Control Administrator to join our growing team on a permanent basis.

**_KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -_**
- Efficiently manage customer accounts to ensure agreed payment terms are being met
- Allocate customer receipts accurately
- Running credit checks and reviewing credit limits
- Preparing and processing sales invoices
- Calculating, raising, and posting highly accurate commission credits
- Assisting with month end reconciliations
- Internal & External Audits
- Carry-out & assist with weekly/monthly reporting
- General admin/filing & help with other accounts work on an adhoc basis

**_EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS TO INCLUDE - _**
- Minimum of 2 years' experience
- Familiar with business sales ledger procedures
- Exceptional knowledge of all Office Programmes (in particular Outlook & Excel)
- Experience with Sage 50 Accounts Software would be an advantage
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Team Player
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Very good written and spoken English is essential

- £14.00 - £16.00 per hour
