Christies is seeking a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their busy branch in Portsmouth. To be successful within this role, you will need to be target-driven, motivated, proactive and capable of working within an established team.

Key duties within this role will include:

- Answering calls and queries
- Following up enquiries
- Booking in viewings and valuations
- Attending and carrying out viewings
- Viewing feedback
- Diary management
- Negotiating Deals
- Lettings Administration
- Working alternate Saturdays

To be considered for this position, you must have a full, clean UK driving licence and your own vehicle. Have a positive attitude and willing to learn the required skills to progress within the company along with good time keeping and above all Honesty is our clients top priority.

In return, Christies is offering a generous basic salary of £16,000pa + Commission (OTE £25,000 pa)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£19,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay

Licence/Certification:

- Driving License (preferred)
