**Role**:Your role as a People Partner will be to support our business with People operations, with a focus on talent acquisition, operations, and onboarding. You will be dynamic in your approach and enthusiastic, fostering a positive workplace culture, promoting employee engagement, and driving HR initiatives that align with our business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Talent Acquisition**
- Partner & collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring decision-making process
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to proactively address current and future staffing needs
- Design and implement development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees at all levels

**2. People Operations & Onboarding**
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented & followed
- Lead on HR operations, including compensation and benefits administration, payroll, and employee records
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the organisation's values
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues by providing guidance, support, and effective communication

**3. Learning & Development**
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Identify opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth, supporting employees in their career development

**4. Compliance & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HRIS system
- Generate and analyse recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Stay informed about relevant labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all recruitment and HR-related activities

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Experience in recruitment is essential
- CIPD Qualification preferred
- Experience in the hospitality and tourism industry preferred
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of Harri (HRIS) desirable
