Commercial Property Office Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Undertaking commercial property viewings.
- Reading utility meters & liaising with utility companies on invoices etc.
- Perform clerical and administrative duties to support the office operations
- Type, format, and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain and update office files, records, and databases
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Conduct data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist in organizing office events and meetings
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred
- Use of Xero software is considered useful.
- Strong computer skills.
- Accurate typing skills.
- Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Experience with data entry and maintaining organized records
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
