**The Role**
- Recording of new sales orders into the system.
- Lead on resolving any queries or discrepancies related to sales orders, such as pricing discrepancies, quantity changes, or late deliveries.
- Working closely with the sales and operations team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of process flows.
- Monitoring and reporting of stock levels as orders are fulfilled.
- Timely and accurate creation of sales invoices and recurring customer billing. Engage with stakeholders as needed to ensure data is complete and all required information has been completed accurately and in line customer requirements.
- Reconciling customer payments and investigating any variances or unknown items.
- Chasing up payment from customers and managing any disputes or queries. Reporting aged debts and issues to management.
- Ownership of accounts mailbox and communicating effectively with internal and external customers and suppliers as required.
- Analysing and supporting improvement opportunities for order to cash management processes to achieve cost / time savings.

**About You**
- An adaptable individual that thrives on new challenges and would relish the opportunity of working in a fast paced scaling business.
- Ideally, you will have previous experience within a similar role and a sound understanding of the end-to-end OTC process
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field preferred but not essential.
- Experienced in using Xero or similar financial software and has a strong proficiency in MS Office and in Excel in particular.
- Team player with excellent problem solving skills and a positive attitude
- Highly organized self-starter who can own projects and act with limited supervision.
