**SEO & Content Executive**

An opportunity to join one of Wakefield’s newest, most exciting digital marketing agencies on our path to growth as we expand, build our client list and evolve our services to become a digital leader in the city.

Following a number of new client wins, we’re looking for an experienced SEO & Content Executive with demonstrable SEO and content fundamentals knowledge to support our growing team.

Working closely with department leads and our accounts Team, you’ll be instrumental in delivering growth for our clients, managing day to day deliveries across SEO and Content Marketing as part of their long-term growth strategies. This role will give you freedom, flexibility and the opportunity to lead content as part of a new, young agency in a period of growth.

You’ll have the flexibility to influence our operations and evolve what we do as an agency, to help shape our rise to be a leading digital marketing agency in Yorkshire. Working as a key member of a small agency, you’ll have the opportunity to grow and learn from highly experienced digital marketing professionals who have worked across a massive range of clients, from leading agencies across the country.

As our SEO & Content Executive, you will be the content champion in the agency. Your role will involve planning, creating, improving and crafting SEO-rich content hubs, guides, and briefs. You should have strong knowledge of Semantics, Intent, E-E-A-T and what makes content helpful, engaging, and trustworthy and drives sales.

Working with our Head of SEO, you’ll develop, craft and enhance content across all our client sites, as well as carrying out content audits, developing content strategy and proposals for new clients and pitches, as we design and build their websites. All content will be well optimised for search, using best practice on-page optimisation to ensure it ranks well, looks amazing, attracts clicks and delivers business growth.

**Role outline and responsibilities include**:

- Working in a small team, with close collaboration, this role requires a blend of technical, editorial, marketing, and operational experience.
- The ability to juggle and prioritise multiple projects according to urgency and team needs.
- Outstanding organisational, interpersonal communication, and time-management abilities.

**Content**
- Writing, editing, and content management experience for our e-commerce websites
- Formulating content strategy, writing briefs, producing and optimising blogs for sales and SEO growth.
- Research, writing and producing stand-out content for our clients in collaborations with our agency team.
- Publishing with Content Management Systems; PrestaShop, Wordpress, etc,
- Responsible for content production on new websites, working with teams to plan and produce content that will perform.
- Manage content freshness and ensure content is regularly updated as necessary

**SEO**
- Experienced in managing SEO content with a track record of results
- Researching keywords, outlining briefs, designing content strategies and writing first-class content
- Optimising website content through best-practice on-page SEO techniques, topic research and optimisation
- Ability to support technical website audits to drive better search visibility for client websites.
- Competent in measuring performance, producing reports and contributing to client growth strategies.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
