**Credit Controller - Nordic Speaking - London**
**Location: Hammersmith (hybrid working but must be in commutable distance to Hammersmith)**

**What You Will Do**
This role will sit in our new Finance Shared Service Centre. You will:
- Play a vital role in embedding a new ERP system and best in class Order to Cash processes
- Help to improve collections through building and maintaining customer relationships whilst investigating and resolving their queries
- Alongside debtor management, the team will play an active role in handling client relationships and driving and demonstrating continuous improvement of the efficiency and performance of the service
**What You Will Bring**
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- Prior experience in a credit control environment
- Excellent knowledge of SAP and a very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
- Conversational Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish
- Strong planning and organising skills
- Good analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Able to understand the wider business context
