We are currently looking for a/number of Resolution Warrant Officers.

Our Self Employed Resolution Warrant Officers are skilled contractors, who not only are experts in debt collection, but have the training to be the best Warrant Officers in the industry. We are able to offer locksmith training to contractors at a fee, this will mean giving contractors more skills and tools to progress in the industry an ensure warrants you work on go ahead as smoothly and professionally as possible. This exciting work gives flexibility and variety with everyday being different.

**What are we looking for?**

The role requires you to have a proven track record dealing with customers and people on a daily basis. Experience in a debt environment would be beneficial but not a necessity. You will be contracting on behalf of Engage clients who are major household names, including large utility and financial services companies. As a self-employed Resolution Officer you will be visiting properties to resolve debt issues.

The successful contractor will be a great communicator, and have the ability to work alone. Having a self-employed field based background would be of an advantage. You will be confidence in leading a team of support staff on warrants of entry and have the ability to review and understand customer vulnerabilities. Strong customer service skills are a must, with organisational skills to plan workload.

**Responsibilities**

As a self-employer agent you will be responsible to plan your work load day to day in the field, and ensure the Warrant team on site is briefed on each job and manage a successful outcome on all jobs. You will resolve debt cases/accounts directly with the customer, and ensure data protection is adhered to at all times. It will your responsibility as the Resolution Warrant Officer to ensure all data and information is collected and recorded accurately in a timely manner. Self-employed agents need to be proactive in their approach, you will be visiting premises to establish occupier details, confirm meter readings and to make contact with customers where remote communication methods have failed.

**What you will need.**
- A full driving licence
- A clean DBS
- A healthy credit history (we will consider adverse circumstances where arrangements have been entered to)
- Good organisation and time planning skills
- Strong Communication skills to be able to communicate effectively and professionally with all customers and clients.
- To work effectively and professionally
- Work Proactively
- Identify and appropriately deal with all disputes in line with procedure.

**What we offer contractors for this work.**
- We pay a basic day rate of £120.00 - £170.00 Per day depending on skill sets.
- Opportunity to complete a Locksmith course taking the day rate to £170.00.

- Flexibility; as a self-employed agent you control when you work, all we ask in return is notice of your availability
