**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and supporting students' learning needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and valued.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN/SEND, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and parents/guardians to ensure each student receives tailored support.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' growth and development.
- Previous experience working with SEN/SEND students is desirable but not essential.
- Flexibility to adapt to various classroom environments and student needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
