About the Role

Join our dynamic team at World Travel Market as a Content & Community Executive We're seeking a creative and results-driven marketing professional with a knack for social media and content marketing.

World Travel Market London facilitates business connections for the global leisure travel community. World Travel Market London welcomes over 35,000 visitors each year, hosts more than 3500 exhibitors - with participation from over 180 countries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Active role in creating, re-purposing and re-positioning content, creating or curating one large concept / idea and building out to deliver consistency of campaign and message across multiple channels, both on and offline.
- Manage and curate content calendars for our social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand tone and engagement targets.
- Stakeholder & Community Management; fostering conversations and engagement year-round through competitions, content, interviews, polls, and more.
- Drive content consistency and campaign messaging across offline and online channels.
- Regularly test and refine marketing campaigns to optimize performance.
- Translate the brand into onsite experiences during events, working closely with event teams.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential to the role, as well as the ability to eventually organise and prioritise your own responsibilities.
- Build close working relationships with other teams (both internally and externally) in a matrix structure
- Be able to analyze data and interpret social metrics in order to use insights to improve content performance.
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Be able to manage multiple projects/deadlines and prioritize tasks in a rapidly moving environment.
- Incorporate industry trends into content strategy by staying up to date.
- Have experience with social media platforms and creating content for them.
