We're looking for a Head of Content & Creative (12-month FTC) to lead the talented and passionate internal creative team who bring our brand to life across our customer journey, covering all aspects of the creative, organic social and community mix. This position is a part-time role, working 4 days per week - 2 days in our Richmond, London office and 2 days from home.

**The role**:
We’re looking for a highly experienced, low-ego senior creative who is excited at the prospect of having a huge impact on our brand, team and business. Reporting into the Brand Director, this is a unique opportunity to showcase your creative, strategic and leadership skills whilst playing a key senior role in our wider Brand & Proposition group.
**You will be responsible for**:
**Leadership**
- Supporting, developing and inspiring a thriving, high-performing Content & Creative team to deliver the best work of their careers
- Serving as our senior creative on the Brand Leadership team, helping build capability across the broader brand team and providing brand stewardship for our brand world and new brand identity
- Championing our Ethical Marketing Policy across the business, and leading on all brand initiatives supporting our new B Corp certification
**In-house Creative Production**
- Leading the in-house creative team to produce best-in-class creative that brings our brand to life whilst delivering impact across the customer journey
- Partnering with marketing and commercial teams to meticulously fulfil their creative needs via the in-house team, producing and iterating high-performing creative
- Leading the in-house editorial team, ensuring that our brand voice is clear, consistent and inline with our brand strategy
- Partnering with our Proposition team to deliver creative and campaign assets for NPD and EPD launches and campaigns, through from product identity and packaging to launch campaign toolkits and channel assets
**Community & Organic Content**
- Developing our organic content strategy and leading delivery across focus social channels ensuring that content leverages the native capabilities and storytelling characteristics of each platform
**The skills you’ll bring**:
- Compelling prior brand creative leadership experience (10+ years), ideally both client and agency side (mix of B2C and D2C brands preferred)
- Substantial track record of leading a highly effective internal creative team across creative, organic social and community disciplines
- Evidence of exceptional conceptual and executional creative flair and strong communication skills (across the creative mix, including copywriting and artwork / design, ideally with some exposure to brand identity and packaging development)
- Mastery of organic social content strategy and execution across channels that builds brand awareness, equity and community
- Pet, Food & Beverages, Nutrition, and/or Baby categories
- e-Commerce, direct-to-consumer, and/or subscription models (brand management experience of products that are both physical and digital would be a bonus)
- Belly rubs and ear-scratching of office dogs
