**About the role**:
The Ark Primaries are excited to offer a new regional opportunity - a Lead Practitioner for Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) to join our dedicated teams in the heart of Portsmouth.

This is a new post at an exciting time for both Ark Ayrton and Ark Dickens Primary Academies, as we are developing and enhancing our provision and dedicated resource spaces for our children with SEMH needs.
- have a passion and talent for supporting and nurturing children, particularly those with the greatest challenges
- have experience of establishing successful relationships with a variety of children with significant challenges
- have a good working knowledge and demonstratable impact of supporting children with a variety of diagnosis and difficulties under the SEMH umbrella
- have a positive attitude and complete belief in the importance of inclusion
- have a thorough understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality
