**Our Opportunity**

Lythe Church of England VC Primary School is looking to appoint an excellent teacher with proven expertise and experience in teaching EYFS, who has the skills and motivation to take on this multifaceted role. This one academic year maternity cover contract is ideal for teachers who already have leadership experience, or who are aspiring to move into leadership and would like a rich opportunity to develop professionally and make their mark in this short-term contract.

**You will**:

- Be an experienced Early Years Class Teacher
- Be an expert in early reading and phonics
- Have a secure understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
- Be able to adapt to changing needs
- Be a strong communicator, someone who is able to plan, organise and coordinate and who can inspire, support and develop the talents of pupils and colleagues to achieve the highest standards
- Be ambitious - ready to absorb all of the new skills, lessons and experiences this role will provide you with
