Bartender / Restaurant Waiter

Bar Manager

**Duties**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and train bar staff, including bartenders
- Develop and maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure seamless coordination between the bar and restaurant operations
- Ensuring the bar is fully stocked, changing of barrels and gas

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Cocktail experience desirable but not essential
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Extensive knowledge of mixology and beverage trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lancaster: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 1 year (required)
- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
