**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
To be responsible for helping with duties surrounding project management. To look after the administrative jobs associated with the project which is a wide range of tasks. Be diverse as tasks can be mundane, critical, and fundamental. Support to our Finance Officer and Business Support Manager
- Help the project manager with administrative duties and processes
- Schedule meetings and take minutes
- Breakdown project tasks and estimate duration
- Construct Work Breakdown Structures with assistance of PM and technical leads.
- Assist with project planning, create and monitor durations from start to finish of the project
- Prepare the logic structure of a project
- Prepare and distribute project materials - (documents and tools - PP, WBS, Cost spreadsheets, project tracker etc)
- Implement policies and procedures
- Create weekly workflow using MS planner
- Make Phone calls
- Keep track of budgets and project expenditure
- Assist with planning
- Update project calendar
- Track Projects
- Offer suggestions to improve efficiencies
- Alert project manager to any issues as they arise
- Maintain compliance and regulations
- Act as point of contact for the project team and facilitate communications
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders
- Monitor schedule progress
- Report on team and project performance
- Assess project risk
- Report on team and project performance
- Calculate project metrics, such as quality, costs etc.
- Collaborate on stakeholder presentations

**Knowledge Skills and Experience**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong time keeping ability
- Good Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organisation skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to work under Barrnon’s and client’s security requirements
- Ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent and accurate data entry skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
