Salford, United Kingdom Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust Full time

An exciting opportunity has opened up to join the Occupational Heath Unit for the NCA. The main purpose of the job will be to provide a high quality professional day to day administrative service to the wider team and provide admin support to the clinicians within the team including booking / amending appointments, responding to queries and typing reports.

Occupational Health works alongside recruitment, making sure that staff are fit to commence in their role and provide any advice or support required to help the staff member to fulfil their duties.

The aim of the NCA Occupational Health Department is to maintain the health and wellbeing of employees, therefore increasing productivity, reducing sickness absence and assisting in the recruitment and retention of our employees.

Although this post is primarily based at Salford Royal Hospital, we do have other sites across the wider NCA where you may be required to work to support service requirements as needed.

Interviews will be held on Monday 21st August

The role will involve the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will require a high degree of organisational skills and excellent working knowledge of administrative systems.

You will work as part of a wider team to ensure the delivery of a quality administration service for the Occupational Health Service, including providing reception cover as required.

The Northern Care Alliance (NCA) is one of the largest NHS organisations in the country. Launched in April 2017, the NCA serves over one million people across Greater Manchester and employs over 19,000 healthcare professionals across Bury, Rochdale, Salford and Oldham. The sheer size, scale and potential of our combined service is huge. At the NCA, we can offer groupwide, flexible multi-site opportunities, as part of our connected, integrated and engaged team. We believe in saving and improving lives and are passionate about driving forward significant improvements to the provision of safe, high-quality integrated health and social care to our local community. If you share our vision, take your place with us.
