Activus Recruitment are seeking an Accounts Assistant for our client in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen.
You will be working closely for a team of Financial Controller and Management Accountants.
You will ensure all purchase invoices are processed in an accurate and timely manner.

Main Tasks,

**Responsibilities**:

- Purchase invoice processing and ledger maintenance
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Investigate and rectify invoice queries/disputes in a timely manner and liaise with other departments and suppliers accordingly
- Participate in payment run preparation
- Collate information for the annual audit and ad hoc reviews as required
- Produce reports as required
- The job holder may be required to carry out any other related or associated roles, tasks or duties, which they can be trained, instructed and supervised to do safely and according to changing business requirements.

Minimum Level Required:

- Good organisation skills, communication and team working
- Be able to work towards deadlines and plan workload
- IT skills including Excel
- Accuracy
- Basic Finance/Accounts training or similar training
- Previous Accounts processing experience

Preferred:

- IT skills including proficiency in Excel, Sage and InspHire

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
