Job Summary: As a Casual Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing security services to our clients on an as-needed basis. You will be required to patrol the premises, monitor security systems, and respond to any security incidents that may occur. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all security activities and reporting any issues to the appropriate authorities. Physical intervention and conflict management may also be required in certain situations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all persons and property.
- Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarms, and respond to any alerts.
- Investigate and report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of all security activities, including incident reports, daily activity logs, and equipment checks.
- Respond to emergency situations, including fires, medical emergencies, and other incidents as required.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients and their customers.
- Use physical intervention and conflict management techniques when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- A valid security license or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- A clean criminal record.
