**Company Description**
St. James's Place Wealth Management plc (SJP) is a leading, and highly regarded, FTSE UK Wealth Management company which distributes a range of Investments and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base. You will be employed by the Practice.
The business is currently based in Maidstone but will be moving to the outer village of Sutton Valence in the near future.
**Education**:
GCSE's or Equivalent of Grade C and above for English and Maths.
**Skills**:
Microsoft Office, Telephone Skills, Attention to Detail, Typing.
To provide administrative support to the Practice Manager to ensure that the Partner and Adviser's relationships between their clients can be optimised and assist with the daily operation of the office.
Create and provide meeting packs to a very high standard.
Liaise with internal and external departments, clients and ceding companies.
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
Support the paraplanners in preparation for scheme analysis.
General tidy and cleaning of the office.
Ensure stationery is maintained and compliant.
Provide a professional image in both appearance and attitude and provide quality support in time to agreed standards.
Pay: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
