Cash Management Specialist

We are looking for **Cash Management Specialist** to work close our **Finance **teams.
**If you have**:
- Min 2 years’ experience in cash management role
- Higher education (preferably in Finance/ Accounting or related field)
- Experience in financial / accounting area
- Nice to have good knowledge of SWIFT / SEPA
- Very good technical computer skills including Microsoft Office Excel
- Committed and dedicated to creating and maintain a positive team work environment
- Self-starter, proactive with high attention to detail and accuracy
**Your daily duties will be**:
- Daily reconciliation of cash in banks / bank statements for all companies
- Booking bank entries to register all movements on a daily basis
- Performing basic bookings to the accounting system or authorization of such a bookings
- Managing incoming and outgoing cash effectively on a daily basis
- Monitoring of proper banks balances in different currencies on a daily basis
- Updating accounting database for daily financial transactions
- Performing daily, weekly, urgent and ad-hoc payments and performing the required analysis
- Following standard procedures to improve efficiency in funds transfers, cash disbursements, month end account closing activities and inter department reporting
- Assisting with cash flows forecasts of analyzing cash positions for clients funds and corporate funds
- Liaising with banks to address any account issues and queries
- Foreign currency exchange - tracking FX rates and point proper moment for foreign currency exchange
- Resolving any issues related to foreign currency exchange
- Developing financial report to assist management in making decisions
- Performing basic bookings to the accounting system or authorization of such a bookings
