- Provide personalized care and support to individuals in accordance with their care plans.
- Your role as Support Worker will require you to support our client with Downs Syndrome, Petty Mal, epilepsy and a heart condition called Sinus Node.

Support staff must ensure our client avoids magnetic machinery because this will affect the pacemaker
- Offer companionship and emotional support to individuals under your care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any observations or incidents.
