**Thera East**has an exciting opportunity available for a** Support Worker** **to join our team in **Chelmsford.** You will join us on a** permanent basis, with full-time, part-time and relief hours available**.** **In return, you will receive a competitive salary up to £ 27078.28 *Salary is based on 2 Sleep ins a week £45 per sleep ( Sleeps Subject to availability )

**About the role**:
As a valued Support Worker with Thera East you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. You will be working in Chelmsford in a shared supported living house with 2 individuals with different support needs who love shopping, going out for lunch, Cinema, Knitting . Some personal care is required .This is an exciting opportunity to have a varied working week and opportunities to use a variety of skills you already have or would like to develop for career progression.

**What do you need to become our Support Worker**?**
- Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential- No previous experience or qualifications required, Free, Skills for Care endorsed full training will be provided- Compassionate, caring, confident and resilient- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Self-starter, with a high level of motivation- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident, articulate, and professional- Keenness to learn in a fast-paced environment and creatively solve problems- Desire to embrace our values and vision and have fun
