**Cash Administrator**

Bibby Financial Services have an exciting opportunity available for a reliable **Cash Administrator **to join our team in **Manchester **(hybrid working). **As our Cash Administrator, **you will ensure the security and profitability of Bibby through efficient, accurate and effective processing of invoices and credit notes, cash and refunds.

You will support the Cash Administrator Team Leader/ Cash Administrator Co-Ordinators in ensuring the smooth running of the data processing team.

**Your responsibilities as our Cash Administrator will include**:

- Ensuring that all securitisation daily timing/requirements are adhered to
- Providing coaching and support to other team members
- Being responsible for the accurate input and allocation of cash, refunds, invoices and credit notes
- Ensuring that security is maintained within the systems and authorisation levels
- Being responsible for daily balancing
- Being responsible for investigating all unallocated suspense items and all items due for repatriation
- Any other duties or projects commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training

**What we are looking for in our ideal Cash Administrator**:

- Experience working in an office environment in a role that required rapid and accurate handling of data or processes
- Experience in regular client and internal team interaction demonstrating excellent customer service
- An understanding of generic internal systems and commonly used software packages such as MS Office
