Our client a Prestige Main Dealer based in the Sidcup area are looking for a Service Reception Supervisor to join their department.

As a Service Reception Supervisor for our client you will be responsible for managing a small team of service advisors and overseeing the front desk. You’ll also engage with customers and will be responsible for ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their visit. As a Service Reception Supervisor you will also be responsible for liaising with the Service Manager and Workshop Controller to ensure the smooth running of the business.

The successful Service Reception Supervisor will ideally have experience in a senior service role within the main dealer network. However, our client will also consider experienced service advisors looking to take the next step in their career.
