My client is a busy warehousing business based in Scunthorpe.

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join the existing team.

Reporting to the Head of Sales you will ensure that the administrative processes required to fulfil customer orders are efficiently dealt with.

Salary is due to be confrimed: £10.66 per hour + Night Shift allowance.

Main duties will include but are not limited to;
- Ensure that the administrative processes required to fulfil customer orders is organised and carried out efficiently
- Check that all documentation / information received from customer is clear and precise.
- Raise sales orders and pass onto production planning for allocation and planning.
- Monitors the progress of orders being processed and updates the customer.
- Highlight to Line Manager any stock problems that arise.
- Ensure customer’s profiles and parts databases are up to date on the computer system at all times.
- Ensure customer schedules are accurately maintained.
