We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Service Administrator for our client based in Kidderminster. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service appointments for customers, as well as managing the service team's schedule and ensuring timely completion of service tasks.
The Duties of a Service Administrator:

- Coordinate service appointments for customers
- Prioritise workload by urgency
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
- Manage the service team's schedule to ensure efficient use of time and resources
- Provide administrative support to the service team as needed
- Maintain accurate records of service activities
The Requirements of a Service Administrator:

- Experience in a customer service or administrative role desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Experience with scheduling software preferred
