About Us

We complete over 12,000+ property visits a month for a range of services including Gas Heating System Installations, Gas Appliance Servicing and Repairs, Electrical Safety Testing (EICRs), Electric Vehicle Charger Installations and energy surveys.

Established in 2013, with a head office in Beckenham (BR3) and northern office in Preston (PR2), we have grown year-on-year to become a significant competitor for gas, electrical and energy works.

The Role:
The role will consist of:

- Facilitating communication between all key stakeholders i.e. customers, tenants, installers & managers.
- Working with the Ops manager & Head of Ops to ensure compliance processes and procedures are in place for both contractors and direct labour.
- Maintaining compliance documentation for engineers, contractors and 3rd party companies.
- Producing periodic management information (MI) to Key Stakeholders.
- Attending monthly business reviews with clients and presenting progress and other information.

Required skills:

- Head strong project coordinator that can work across multiple projects
- Ability to lead a team and motivate others.
- Ability to plan and prioritise own workload to deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative.
- Ability to work to a job management system.
- Ability to work from instruction and make decisions as needed with mínimal supervision.
- Friendly and approachable nature with great communication skills.
- Great attention to detail with excellent time management skills.

Package:

- Salary: £30 - 35k Depending on experience
- Annual Leave: 20 days plus bank holidays
- Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
