We are seeking a skilled Estimator & Project Coordinator to join our team at Guildmore Limited.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating costs and managing projects in our Facades & Cladding division. This will involve analyzing plans, bills of quantities, and other project documentation to determine costs.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, as well as expertise in Façade and on-screen Take off, such as Bluebeam.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work closely with our Commercial Manager, Head of Design, and Head of Operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyzing plans and project documentation to estimate costs
  2. Developing bid documents and tender returns
  3. Researching and sourcing materials and subcontractors
  4. Attending meetings with clients and subcontractors
  5. Reviewing and ascertaining costs associated with logistics and time frames
  6. Visiting project sites to gather information and preliminary costs
  7. Working closely with the Commercial Manager and other departments
