Night Security Warden

**Cofton Holidays is a 5 Star Holiday Park in Dawlish, Devon **and we are looking for a Night Security Warden to join our team. The Night Security Warden position will primarily have evening shift patterns between 10pm and 8am, 4 days per week, with additional days/hours when the business requires. SIA badge preferred, but not essential.
**_This role requires a Full Driving Licence and good driving skills, being able to tow would be an advantage._**
This role is customer facing and you will carry out all duties in a professional manner at all times.
**Duties Include:

- **
- Assist customers and respond appropriately to queries / problems.
- Light repair and general maintenance work of facilities, holiday homes, and electrical and/or plumbing equipment faults reported during the night shift.
- Patrol the Park to ensure rules and regulations are being followed
- Liaise with the Grounds Team
- Follow steps / tasks identified within the Night shift checklist.
- Follow Park protocol for appropriate notification of incidents on-site.
- Complete a comprehensive shift report and submit to reception at the end of each shift
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and present a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- To undertake relevant staff development and training as requested.
- To be responsible for the health and safety of self and others.
- Carry out tasks as instructed by your Manager and assist with other jobs when required by other
- Repair or report any faults with equipment to the relevant person and/or report on our booking system
- Managing refuse and litter around the park with constant litter picking whilst on duty and liaise with Grounds and Housekeeping to ensure the appearance and cleanliness of our Park remains at 5 Stars
- Wristband and car pass checks
- Completing compliance safety checks
- Ensure correct PPE and uniform is always worn
- Be able to create work lists and prioritise tasks
