The Keel Row is a busy family-run pub which is been ran by the same family for 16 years.

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Bar/Restaurant staff. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Take orders from guests and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Upsell menu items and promote special promotions or events
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding health, safety, and sanitation

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic culinary knowledge is a plus
