A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen within Single Point of Access for someone with the required knowledge and experience to join a well-established and busy team which sits within Social Services for Adults. This role has been created to meet the demands placed on the team by working in partnership with the Community Resource Team (Health) and the move to 7-day working.

We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated and enthusiastic and who has a high level of creativity, innovative thinking, problem solving and exploration to identify and highlight areas of possible risk and vulnerability and to offer guidance, advice, information and signposting. You will need to have a working knowledge of the Portfolio’s functions and legislation, good administrative skills, an ability to understand and to work to department systems, to work well as a member of a team and to communicate effectively in a professional manner with members of the public both on the telephone and face to face.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £21,575.00-£22,786.00 per year
