We are looking for a dynamic experienced activity coordinator to work within our friendly 58 bedded care home, you’ll look after the different activity needs of our residents who have a range of physical heath and dementia care needs to enable us to deliver a quality, person-centred activities programme.

Like every employee here, as an activity coordinator you will be expected to always respect the dignity and preferences of our residents as well playing your own part in creating an environment that’s warm and welcoming

**ABOUT YOU**
You should preferably have experience with working with elderly residents with varying activity abilities. We are looking for people who are warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to giving each resident individualised support.
