**Salary Range: Grade 3DS points 9 - 14**

**£21,261 - £23,292 actual pa**

**37 hours per week, Term Time + 5 training days + 10 days during school holidays**

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Human Resources Administrator who has a passion for working with people in an office-based role.

Bedford Inclusive Learning and Training Trust (BILTT) is a Multi-Academy Trust of Special Schools based in Kempston, Bedfordshire. BILTT will be opening a new Special Free School in September 2024 to further enhance the offer for pupils with Special Educational Needs in Bedfordshire.

You will have:

- Minimum GCSE level in English & Maths at Grades A*-C, 4 - 9 or equivalent
- Experience of working in a face to face role within an office environment
- Meticulous planning and organisational skills
- Experience of working in an educational setting or HR role (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels through the medium of English

**Working hours**:Monday - Thursday 08.00 - 16.00, Friday 08.00 - 15.30, half hour unpaid lunch break daily, + 5 training days + 10 days during the holidays (5 to be worked in the summer break)
