Are you a motivated and experienced Pensions Team Leader looking for a new challenge? Our Bedford based client is keen to find a passionate, ‘people person’ to lead and develop a team of 8 Pensions Administrators. As a Pensions Team Leader your duties will include but are not limited to:

Leading a team of Administrators and Advisors to manage all aspects of the day-to-day administration of the Company's DC/DB pension schemes.
Managing, reviewing, and amending standard operating procedures in line with pension legislation and business requirements.
Providing support and root cause analysis.
Coaching and training all team members and supporting them in implementing personal development plans.
Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Taking responsibility for the accuracy and quality of your individual work as well as the teams’.
To be a successful Pensions Team Leader you must have:

Proven knowledge of DC/DB pension arrangements.
Quality focused with a high level of attention to detail.
Project Management skills.
