**We are offering a full-time, term-time Primary Education Delivery Practitioner role.**

The right applicant must have a good understanding of SEND and curriculum experience.

You must have a full clean driving licence, own transport and prepared to travel between our centres located in; Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, & Newmarket.

You will be responsible for working with young people on a 1-2-1 or group basis providing valuable life learning skills.

Starting Salary from 25-30k pro-rata

**Primary Duties: Primary Delivery, Outdoor Education, EYFS to KS2, mentoring and delivery**

To develop projects and provide meaningful practical training opportunities whilst mentoring young people. You are responsible for the creating practical projects based on interest in any medium you see fit. You will be required to deliver on a 1-2-1 basis and to smaller groups (no more than three).

The role will include:

- Engaging with young people through conversational education to better understand themselves
- Liaising with professionals, family, and other influencers
- Unpick progression barriers and move them closer to the next stage.
- Evidencing progression through a variety of tools. (JotForm, photography, awards)
- Engaging parents/carers providing holistic support
- Evidencing, understanding and presenting of information gleaned from students.
- Provide both reactive and proactive methods of delivery.

To support the delivery of 1-2-1 and group deliver for Pushforward Education - onsite (predominantly Bury St Edmunds (West Stow) and remotely should the project you develop require it.

Task to include:

- Development and Delivery of curriculum and sessions for 1-2-1 students and small group work.
- Developing relationship for community engagement and meaningful experience to progress learners.
- Liaise daily with administration to ensure evidence of work.
- Pick up and drop off learners from home and other venues on occasions.
- Follow strict safeguarding and health and safety protocols as part of Pushforward procedures.
