**The role.**

You are currently an all-rounder dealing with purchase ledger, raising purchase orders to suppliers and reconciling bank payments. You will assist the office manager with the smooth running of the accounts department.

If you don’t like variation and want to stick to a structured, process-driven job then this job isn’t for you This job is the complete opposite, it has masses of variation and is ready for someone to get stuck in and make the role their own.

To be successful in this role you’ll be confident in Xero and possess strong Excel skills. You have a flexible approach to your job and will be happy to dip into other responsibilities such as booking transport, car hire and accommodation for colleagues.

You will be organised, proactive and able to work on your own initiative. You are not afraid to challenge processes and offer your ideas that have worked for you previously. The Directors allow the autonomy to suggest new approaches and make processes more efficient for the benefit of the company.

Multi-tasking must be a strength you have as well as having excellent communication skills. You build relationships fairly quickly with colleagues and customers and you enjoy working in a busy environment, where every day could be different.

You may be studying towards your AAT, if you're qualified by experience that’s fine too
