Job Overview:
Due to continued growth SBC Builders Ltd require a time served Joiner to join our existing workforce.

Works generally involve working in Social Housing Voids and occasional occupied properties undertaking tasks such as kitchen installation, Internal door replacements, skirting board and architrave renewal, Timber floor replacements, decorative wallboard installations, Pipe Boxings etc.

Other projects will involve working on Private extensions and refurbishments undertake general first an 2nd fix joinery.

Sites throughout the North East but generally, Co Durham & Teesside

**Requirements -**
- CSCS Card Required.
- Own tools required.
- Full UK driving license
- Minimum 5 Years Joinery experience
- Social Housing / Refurbishment experience preferred

**Benefits -**
- £16 - £17 per Hour (Rate of pay determined by experience)
- 20 Days Holiday + Statutory Bank Holidays
- Transport in company vehicle (from central location)

Pay: £16.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 20/05/2024
