Are you ready to be part of a dynamic and rapidly expanding team? **The Haslem Group** is currently on the lookout for a **Full Time** **Night Porter** to assume a pivotal role at **Haslem Hotel**, ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Reporting into the Operations Manager, your main responsibility will be to efficiently manage the reception area, maintain the smooth operation of the hotel during night-time hours and ensure a warm and organised welcome for our guests.
- Anticipating guest needs
- Greeting guests arriving at the hotel during the night, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures
- Able to service an overnight room service menu
- Addressing guest queries and requests promptly
- Keeping the reception area and common areas tidy and well-maintained
- Showcasing the fantastic services available at the hotel and in the local area

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
