We are looking for a **Night Porter **to join our team at Haslem Hotel in Lisburn Square, Lisburn.
They will be responsible for operating the reception area in an organised and welcoming style, ensuring that guests needs are anticipated and that all queries are dealt with promptly while promoting the services of the Hotel and local area.
**Essential Criteria**:

- 1 years’ experience in a similar environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in busy customer facing environment.
- Excellent IT skills with good knowledge of Front Office systems.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns to meet the needs of the business.
- Excellent time keeping.
- Understanding of confidentially and security of customer information.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in hotel reception.

The Rate of pay for this role is £9.84 per hour
