**Key Responsibilities/Duties**:
1. Managing customer portfolios with existing and new businesses to meet sales, shopper, and brand objectives within the agreed parameters.

2. Executing national plans at a local level, ensuring distribution and activation is in line with brand objectives and any additional support is within financial/profit targets.

3. Developing collaborative customer partnerships that encapsulate the key points contained within the customer’s summary of needs. Translating sales and brand objectives into relevant customer business plans/ranging/activation and in line with their business cycles.

4. Working closely with Brand and NPD teams to ensure they are aware of key customer profiles and menu cycles.

5. Working closely with Commercial Planning and the activation team to ensure all activation, distribution drives, and terms are in line with company and brand expectations, and managed through the use of CBP systems, spend, and TGM budgets. Ensuring additional forecasted volume and spend are fed back into CBP.

6. Providing information required for all internal and external requirements (Line Manager, Board, Commercial, Sales Operations, Finance, Brand, and Shopper teams), within specified deadlines.

7. Using insight to maximize distribution, availability, and visibility of brands in the account portfolio by setting specific targets/gap analysis, business plans, and by identifying and matching customer needs to our brand's key features. Always ensuring that all new and existing listings are managed based on the brand and channel objectives and NPD processes.

8. Ensuring that all competitor activity is fed back into the business as part of building a wider understanding of the channel and our key competitors.

9. Being in total control of all elements of financial management including limiting Debtors' days in line with customer terms and resolving all credit queries and outstanding invoices within 35 days in all accounts in the portfolio.

10. Proactively managing the key prospect list to the business targeting bullseye prospects, including engagement with key customers and prospect contacts within the industry to raise SHS Drinks business and brand profile at this level. Working with peer CDEs, NAM, and SNAM to agree on the best contact strategy.

11. Contributing to team meetings to receive and give information on brand performance, customer performances, competitor activity, and best practice learning’s. This may include interacting with the wider business, sharing best practice via virtual and physical team meeting attendance.

12. Personal cost control and care of company property.
