**About the company**

An amazing opportunity to join a Principal Contractor as an Estimator. This company provide services ranging from Design & Build, Refurbishment, Fire Safety Works, M&E, and Restoration & Heritage works. They pride themselves on their high-quality of servicesno matter the size of the project within both the public and private sectors.

**Information on the role**
- Manage accurate records of tender and contract documents
- Prepare detailed bills of quantities and work schedules for accurate pricing
- Compile tender comparisons and consideration
- Present tenders at settlement meetings with a comprehensive knowledge of the best approach to be taken
- Offer advice on risk and value engineering options
- Chair handover meetings
- Work closely with supply chains to ensure competitive tenders
- Contribute to database tenders for historical data and average rates and supply chain databases
- Develop relationships with consultants and clients
- Maximise efficiency of services, utilising all resources in conjunction with the Project Managers, and identity problems, taking the relevant action to resolve them

**What we’d like from you**
- **Proven Quantity Surveying Experience & relevant qualifications**:

- **Experience in a variety of sectors e.g.,**Design & Build, Refurbishment, Fire Safety Works, M&E, and Restoration & Heritage
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Products
- Self-motivated personality
- Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
- Organisation and time management skills
- Full Driving License
