£40k – £65k + Package

A traditional, well-established contractor working within the London and the Home Counties areas that work with local authority and private clients. Contracts include heritage / conservation works, educational projects, commercial fit-out, and private residential refurbishment / developments with values ranging from £10k to £10m with most projects being £2m-3m in value. They are experiencing significant growth and have recently expanded their operations and opened a new office. They have an excellent reputation for their projects completed and for the retention of staff within the business.

• Compile competitive tenders for private and public sector projects
• Prepare tender documents, including specifications and drawings, bills of quantities, and cost plans
• Negotiate construction works with clients
• Work as part of a small team and be self-sufficient
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Previous tendering and estimating experience essential from £3m plus
• Ability to estimate and price jobs for sites across London and the South East
• Minimum four years experience in an estimating group
• Experience of Conquest beneficial but not essential
• Stable work history
