**Main duties for the role**
- Handling lettings enquiries and booking in viewings
- Generate leads and book market appraisals
- Conduct property viewings
- Negotiate and agree Lets through to acceptance
- Registering potential tenants and keeping an active database
- Assist in any other requested tasks to ensure that the department is running efficiently

**Our ideal employee**
- Valid UK driving licence with own vehicle
- 1 years experience is required
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional telephone manner
- Have enthusiasm and hunger to grow with an energetic team
- Punctual and contribute to the development of the company
- Expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standards
