Key Responsibilities:
  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

Training and Development:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will begin with two weeks of intensive training at our Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre. You will receive industry-leading training, a fully-paid hotel stay, and breakfast, lunch, and evening meal provided during your stay.
