- Demonstrate good knowledge of the Horizon screens to keep up service level and reduce abandoned calls
- To ensure all KPI’s and targets are met day to day.

Daily Duties
- Answer all OTA / Direct messages
- All enquiries are to be recorded and maintained on monthly pipeline sheets so leads can be chased and kept hot
- Commission Checks monthly
- Admin for all areas of sales and ressies as required by GRM
- Upsell Packages to inhouse guests
- Chase deposits / full balance for all sites
- Set up packages over the weekends
- Content for social media - presence on site at Boutique 56 for weekend check ins
- Understand targets and what they have achieved month to date
- Keep upto date with trends / new products and packages
- Assist sales team during busy periods

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
