**Role Overview**

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team based at our client’s site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attending 2 to 3 sites per evening to conduct meeting with the cleaning team.
- Signing up new starters, training operatives and holding HR meetings as required.
- Managing electrical equipment to ensure that it is kept to good standards and that faults are reported, ensuring escalation is in place and that cleaners’ cupboards are compliant.
- Managing stock and keeping order as required.
- Reporting all issues to the Area Manager daily.
- The Mobile Supervisor will be provided with a van, a mobile phone, a uniform, and a tablet.

**About You**:

- Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor is essential.
- Experience in staffing, rotas, and training.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrate good communication skills and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail is required.
